REFUND POLICY
A full or partial refund of member ship fees will be considered only for reasons involving the personal health or death of a member listed on this form. A letter describing the request must be submitted to the SGC Board of Directors on or before the following dates:

1. Requests for a full refund must be received / postmarked on or before April 1, 2010.
.
2. Requests for a partial refund must be made between April 1 and August 1, 2010. Partial refunds will be pro-rated based on the last round played by the member identified in the request.

3. No refunds will be made for requests received / postmarked after August 1, 2010.
