 Spooner Golf Club is more than a golf course known for fabulous course conditions, scenic beauty and exceptional service. It represents over 80 years of dedicated members and loyal guests that have helped build SGC into a jewel of Northwest Wisconsin. In this spirit of tradition and pride that so many people feel towards SGC, we announce the commemorative pathway program.
In 2010, SGC constructed a new decorated pathway and flowerbed that leads from the golf course to the clubhouse deck. In 2011 we are beginning the recognition pathway program, which will enable members and guests of SGC to purchase an 8 x 4 inch marble commemorative paver that will line the pathway.
The purchase price of a paver is $250 and will be a permanent tribute to an individual or family that have been patrons and supporters of Spooner Golf Club through the years.
Purchase one as:
- A memorial to a family member or friend
- A tribute to a family member or friend
- A show of your support for the special place that is SGC
A commemorative paver could also be the perfect gift for a person or couple as a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion.
Pavers can be purchased to honor individual people, couples or families only and are not meant to be advertisements, therefore; the following guidelines have been derived:
 Must recognize an individual person, couple or family in one of the following example forms; John Smith, John and Rebecca Smith, The Family of John Smith or The Smith Family.
- Purchasers may choose to have one of the following phrases as a header to their square:
